In the great State of Wisconsin, we are an agricultural state. We have a great deal of forest land.
We can make suggestions about what might be good for people, but we also have the capability and the power to reward people financially for doing the right thing, and punish people financially for not doing the right thing.
I think these are the questions that the people in Northeast Wisconsin are very interested in.
