I would encourage you to do that. I think that producers should take advantage of every possibility to not just hedge their commodity, but also to make certain that they have proper insurance.

We must continue to support our dairy industry. If farms go under, they will not return.

We can make suggestions about what might be good for people, but we also have the capability and the power to reward people financially for doing the right thing, and punish people financially for not doing the right thing.

It is my hope that Congress will collaborate with the Administration to develop practical, substantive and needed reforms to our health care delivery system.
