“I appreciate the gentleman's comments. This debate has been going on for some time. Not long ago there was a debate between Rick Santorum and now Senator Boxer, and during that debate Senator Boxer was talking about life beginning when you take your baby home from the hospital. I mean, some of the viewpoints on the other side are absolutely outrageous. It just shows there is a lot of work to do. I yield to the gentlewoman from Missouri (Mrs. Hartzler) to talk about this important issue.”
