I commend his leadership and involvement in the passage of this legislation. I would encourage its adoption this evening. The gentleman from Utah is to be commended for his advocacy of a land exchange that, as amended, is a win-win for all the involved parties. Madam Speaker, we appreciate the cooperation shown by the majority, the State of Utah, the BLM, and others in addressing issues that originally existed with the legislation. We support H.R. 2069, as amended, and have no objection to the adoption of the legislation by the House today.
