Obviously, this is the beginning of a long discussion and a much needed debate in this country trying to develop a 21st century energy policy to meet the challenges that exist today. Again, if we can bring balance, if we can utilize the technology that is available, increase energy, efficiency and conservation, I think that is going to be the best long-term solution.
