I appreciate our leader on the Committee on the Budget for highlighting what appears to me to be an impossible policy position to take on the eve of war in Iraq, but the question I have for my colleague, in his analysis of the Republican budget proposal, have they allotted a nickel or a dime in regards to the military build-up or military action or the rebuilding that will have to take place in Iraq?
