I just recommend to the previous speaker that he should talk to any Federal employee with regard to the choices that they are offered under the Federal Employee Health Plan. Mr. Speaker, I yield 2 minutes to the gentlewoman from Ohio (Mrs. Jones), a person who would rather take millions of people off the ranks of the uninsured rather than add a million people into the uninsured.
