I wasn't with you in 2004 when you were supporting the Medicare Modernization Act, which also created the new prescription drug benefit plan for seniors, and the main reason I wasn't was because it was largest expansion of entitlement spending since Medicare was created in 1965, and not a nickel of it was paid for.
