And if you don't drop coverage, you are denying the people who work with you the chance of taking advantage of a $10,000 subsidy. We have created an incentive in this health care law for employers to drop coverage and a high-level subsidy to get coverage for the people who work with them. We have created that incentive, and when government creates incentives, when government dangles a huge subsidy in front of people, we know the history of how that works--people take advantage of those subsidies. And that is my concern.
