Why does the Federal Government need this much information, and how is it potentially used?

There is not one manufacturing company that I visited in 7 years traveling around the State of Wisconsin that could hire enough people.

I have heard word that the Census is going to potentially use statistics rather than count and use a more sophisticated campaign.

I do not want to see FEMA be the primary responder here. I believe their role is to support State and local governments.
