Well, that would be a pretty significant control, I would think, from the customer on their contractor--that if you have key safety positions, that prior to anybody--if one of those safety officers is raising an issue, prior to any termination or any type of action being dealt with that employee, the Department of Energy would have to be consulted and would have to be brought into that process.
