if I were present for today's vote on rollcall 363, passage of H.R. 4411, the Internet Gambling Prohibition and Enforcement Act of 2006, I would have voted ``aye''. In addition, I would have voted ``nay'' on rollcall 361, the amendment offered by Ms. Berkley, because I feel it would have undermined the intent of the legislation.
