I have long known about the gentleman from Illinois' work on repealing the marriage penalty. He is the reason the marriage penalty is repealed in this legislation. He deserves the credit for that. And the gentleman from Missouri (Mr. Hulshof) who is my lead partner on this bill is the leading advocate for agriculture and tax policy and helping farmers, in Congress, I would add.
