“the gentleman has my pledge to work with him on fixing this process. By this time tomorrow night, we are going to lose four dairy farms in the State of Wisconsin at the pace we are at right now. We have lost more dairy farms in the State of Wisconsin in the last 10 years than any other State in the country has ever had, save Minnesota. I want to expand on those points, but I do think that there are a lot of unanswered questions with this amendment. I applaud the effort. I hope we can work together after this to finish this.”
