Yes. If we take a look at the chart that the minority staff has prepared, the footnote of these two quotes on this chart, the figures on this chart are interpolated by Democratic staff. They are extrapolations for the second 5 years made by the Democratic staff. If we look at the dictionary, interpolation means insert new or spurious matter in this manner, meaning insert, estimate or find an immediate term deceptively or without authorization. That is what we see here with these numbers. They do not even add up their totals. The numbers that they are taking from the Republican budget, if we look at the Republican budget, they are different numbers. This does not add up. Mr. Chairman, it is the same thing. Last year they said we were raiding Social Security. Guess what? We stopped the raid on the Social Security trust fund. Last year they said we were going to take $17 billion out of Social Security when we debated this bill last year. Guess what happened? For the first time in 30 years this Congress actually stopped the raid on Social Security and put 100 percent of the Social Security money back in the Social Security trust funds.
