I think that this looks like a tax earmark, and we ought to call it that, regardless of the merits of the policy. Two other quick points... This was not a targeted tax benefit to one industry. This was a policy to help bring back manufacturing jobs in America. And so to call this a tax subsidy to just the oil industry, number one, is incorrect.
