I cannot emphasize this point enough--even as the United States considers actions to protect our national security interests, we must also maintain and protect our economic and trade interests as well.

The hearing really seeks to answer two fundamental questions: What is Replicator and can it work, how can it work?

The subcommittee will come to order. We are really lucky to have three incredible witnesses today to talk about a very important topic, military innovation, and how we can learn from the lessons of the past.
