Well, I'm cautiously optimistic we can fix ITAR in this Congress.

I believe that the CCP is preparing for a war with the United States.

I cannot emphasize this point enough--even as the United States considers actions to protect our national security interests, we must also maintain and protect our economic and trade interests as well.

If we want peace, we must prepare for war.
