For the United States and its partners not to be on the Moon when others are on the Moon is unacceptable.

In my judgment, the Artemis program is excessively complex, unrealistically priced, compromises crew safety, poses very high mission risk of completion, and is highly unlikely to be completed in a timely manner even if successful.

Without it, we would be inundated with foreclosures where there is a possibility we are headed towards that and we certainly need to work together.

We need to get the bureaucracy out of the way we do contracting and small business work and get moving.
