I recently wrote a bipartisan letter with 22 of my colleagues here in the House calling on the Administration to develop practices for naloxone use and reprogram existing funds to provide naloxone to medical providers.

I believe that if God had wanted us to go to Mars, he would have given us a moon to practice on.

Let us again, as we did after the loss of Columbia, decide as a nation what we want to see accomplished in space.

I believe this budget request advocates a strategy that is frankly disastrous for the U.S. human space flight program.
