I find that entire conversation that was just had here on the floor to be offensive. Any time that I have found that a person has to resort to the language that most people would find unacceptable in this country, that generally they are trying to make a point that does not hold water. If this amendment passes, the account he is talking about is fully funded to last year's level and, in fact, is not being cut back but rather frozen to last year's level. The most offensive of all is to suggest that somehow we do not care about these children. I would like to yield to the gentlewoman from Idaho [Mrs. Chenoweth], who has a disabled granddaughter, and just grant her some time to talk about the disabled granddaughter that he just said we do not care about, because I think we care an awful lot about these disabled children.
