It means $600 every month from an average family of 5 to do nothing but pay the interest on the Federal debt, 600 bucks a month. And you know when you think of a young family starting out in life or they maybe had a couple kids and you start thinking about them having to pay $600 a month to do nothing but pay the interest and then you think about this city where they start describing what it is they have to have the money to spend it on. I think the worst example I have seen out here is the Russian monkeys being sent into space and you and I have had this conversation: I find it very frustrating because we brought an amendment last year to the floor of the House to prevent this from happening, but the fact is there was a Senator who wanted it so it got put back in. We sent $35 million of the American people's money to Russia so Russia could launch monkeys into space to do research on the monkeys.
