If a family is earning $30,000 a year and they are living in this house, the Government does not say you are earning $30,000 a year. The Government, under the Clinton administration, is saying that if they lived in a tent in the backyard and rented the house out and then collected $500 a month, or $6,000 for a year, they are going to say that they have to count that rent toward their income?
