Everybody knows that the Green Bay Packers won the Superbowl. Everybody knows that they are headed back there. Everybody knows that the great Governor Tommy Thompson has been largely leading the way on welfare reform, where we in Wisconsin say, if you are able to work, you have a responsibility to take responsibility for your own life and go into the workforce.
