Can I go back again? I keep going back to this family who has actually got $45,000 a year. It probably means both spouses are working in the house and are probably getting up in the morning and doing everything they can to get those kids off to school and in the summertime maybe getting the kids off to work, and they are the folks that we were talking about before where if they got one headed off to college and two kids still home, and I see these families in church every Sunday. I mean they are sitting there with three kids and one of them is off in college and two of them are still home. If their college tuition is $3,000 a year, they get $1,500 tax credit under this proposal, and in addition to that they get to keep $500 per child for the kids that are still at home. The net impact for a family earning 30 or 35 or $40,000 a year, the families that are working, probably both spouses, the net effect is they get to keep $2,500 a year more of their own money in their own home instead of sending it out here to Washington where people here in Washington control what they do with it.
