Madam Speaker, it is my intention to raise a point of order that this resolution requires a two-thirds vote. I will argue the point of order when it is made, but I need to know when the proper time is to raise the point of order. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The proper time would be when the Chair puts the question on passage.

I have reached the conclusion that we do not need to change our antitrust laws. They have been working just fine.
I think that this markup has been a lot better than it could have been, and I think the chairman has been probably very evenhanded on that.
