So this goes to show that congressional pressure is not the best.

I think that this markup has been a lot better than it could have been, and I think the chairman has been probably very evenhanded on that.

And that is not what the law said, and it is not what the law should be.

the chairman and those on his side of the aisle are dead-wrong on all of the issues that we have been debating.
