I believe U.S. citizens would be best served if antitrust continues to retain its traditional focus on promoting consumer welfare and competition in markets.

I think that this markup has been a lot better than it could have been, and I think the chairman has been probably very evenhanded on that.

I challenge you, because every one of you that will vote no on this amendment is going to be saying, I think that Joe Biden is a liar.

So this goes to show that congressional pressure is not the best.
