This is the third time in the last 40 years, 45 years that this committee has sat to the Articles of Impeachment against the President of the United States.

I think that this markup has been a lot better than it could have been, and I think the chairman has been probably very evenhanded on that.

Wouldn't that be up to somebody on the other side of the issue to say that this is not proven?
