Conservatives are consumers too. And the way the net was put together, in the eyes of Congress, is that everybody should be able to speak their mind.

And that is not what the law said, and it is not what the law should be.

I think that this markup has been a lot better than it could have been, and I think the chairman has been probably very evenhanded on that.
