The allegations of sexual misconduct and other shenanigans at the Secret Service and the DEA have given the American people the impression that these federal agencies, rather than being bastions of professionalism and integrity, can sometimes turn a blind eye to behavior that is better suited for the frat house, or the big house, than the White House.
