Mr. Chairman, I have an amendment at the desk. The CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Amendment No. 5 offered by Ms. Moore of Wisconsin: Page 14, strike lines 3 through 6 and insert the following: (g) Research.--Section 320(k)(1)(A) of such Act (as redesignated by subsection (d) of this section) is amended-- (1) by striking ``paramenters'' and inserting ``parameters''; and (2) by inserting ``(including monitoring of both pathways and ecosystems to track the introduction and establishment of nonnative species)'' before ``, to provide the Administrator''. The CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 1248, the gentlewoman from Wisconsin (Ms. Moore) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentlewoman from Wisconsin.
