But things keep getting worse. And if things keep getting worse no matter how much we spend on treatment, it seems to me the problem overwhelmingly is not to spend more money on treatment, but to focus on what type of treatment works and what type of treatment doesn't.
Grothman emphasizes the need to evaluate treatment effectiveness over simply increasing spending.
