No. In fact there have been, I believe, nine submitted for approval and all nine have been expedited. So the question before us is not whether or not these waivers are going to be granted or whether or not they are going to be expedited. The main issue before us today is to cut off any public comment like a letter I received from the Catholic bishops, who asked that they be heard on this issue. They will not be heard.
