Mr. Wainstein, I think that Mr. Bottini was very clearly the most experienced of the prosecutors that were prosecuting Senator Stevens.
I believe that the Attorney General and his staff have demonstrated and continue to demonstrate commendable responsibility in revealing the failures of the Department to meet its obligations in the Stevens case.
