I would simply emphasize again the Office of Government Ethics itself opposes this amendment, saying that the Government would be deprived of much of the best and most relevant outside expertise in many areas. This amendment is well meaning, but its principal victim if it passes will be children who will get sick and die because of the lack of adequate vaccines.
