And every person who loses one-third to one-half the value of their 401(k)s because of the continuing unraveling of the economy. That is who will pay. We need to stop the political rhetoric and recognize this problem is serious enough that we need to rise above our usual recitation of trivia and deal with the major problems facing this country. And we can't do that without taking action on this package.
