let me simply say that the assertion of turning down this rule will deny anything to anybody in the military is absolute, total, flat nonsense. This military construction bill is going to pass with bipartisan support. The problem is that there is added an illegitimate and, in my view, strange and sneaky way around the Kasich budget in the rule, and that is the objection. So do not drag out the red herring about endangering military. That is absolute, total, bald-face nonsense.
