at this point, I think it is important for people to understand that we consider those items to be merely deferred, not eliminated, because people are smoking something that is not legal if they think we are going to be able to get out of here without dealing with these problems, because the collapse in farm prices is simply not going to go away, and the Congress is going to have to respond to that.
