I do not disagree with a single thing that the gentleman has said. I would simply make the point that despite his best intentions, and mine, we are now operating under a set of laws which in essence, as far as trade is concerned, is a pretty good deal for grain farmers but is a disaster for dairy farmers, because Canada has not been required to live under the same rules that we are required to live under.
