Oh, little town of Bethlehem, we witness and we cry, Israelis and Palestinians, both practice eye for eye. Made blind by rage and terror, they make a just God cry, and crush the hopes of all the years while still more children die. Our senators and congressmen produce a rash appeal, selective words of blame are used, instead of words that heal. Put politics and word games before the cause of peace and make it still more difficult to bring the region peace.
