with all due respect, under ordinary circumstances I would agree with that, but we have gone on this bill for most of the day. We still have another bill tonight. Many Members are going to be home. We are still going to be here dealing with legislation until the wee hours. Under the circumstances, I feel constrained to insist on my point of order.
