I know there are a lot of militia organizations around this country that do not like to see these agencies get additional equipment that can be used in law enforcement. I must confess that I am extremely concerned that this may be another one of those cases. So under those circumstances, I do not believe we ought to accept the amendment, and I am going to feel required to push this to a rollcall vote.
