The fact is that this House has to make a choice. Do we think it is essential to provide a $120,000 tax cut to people making over $1 million a year; or do we think that we ought to use some of that money to provide better opportunity for education, better health care for 45 million people that do not have it, and some additional protection for our workers in what is becoming every day a more and more brutal world market?
