I will note our legislation and in the SAVE Act gives States free access to the database.

As Chairman, I am committed to working with States to ensure elections run smoothly and without foreign interference.

We need to strengthen American's confidence in our elections.

I would encourage the House and the Senate to pass and ultimately be signed into law the SAVE Act.
