She has to explain the work he is doing while we are in session. We come to Washington. We get caught up in that beltway mentality; this charge card, this card we vote with, is the largest credit card in the world, unlimited expenditures. We have got to be able to once and for all explain to our constituents we are serious about saving their money. I suggested the other day on a radio show maybe some Members of Congress need to go on Oprah Winfrey, have a therapist there, and talk about working it out. They are so hungry and hell bent on spending money that does not belong to them. If this was my Master Card or your Visa----
