This Senator has some question on that subject, but this Senator is completely convinced that, as undesirable as he regarded the political campaigns in 1996 by labor unions, that they were, are, and will remain completely constitutional, totally within the rights of those unions, and that they cannot be restricted in any respect whatsoever by the Congress.
