This is the Inhofe amendment referred to in my unanimous consent request. It has to do with amnesty for certain regulatory activities in its first part. The second part was suggested by the distinguished Senator from South Carolina and is designed to assure that no one lose a home through a mortgage or any other similar kind of loss as a result of a Y2K failure or glitch. The amendment has been cleared on both sides.
