To close, I assure the gentleman that, first, I am 100 percent sure that his amendment will dilute the original grant program. I am 100 percent sure there are other ways to finance this, especially through a very large MilCon budget that passed as part of the defense bill. And I am 100 percent sure that I am correct in opposing this amendment having been the author of the original bill to establish the AAM Infrastructure Act.
