To close, I assure the gentleman that, first, I am 100 percent sure that his amendment will dilute the original grant program. I am 100 percent sure there are other ways to finance this, especially through a very large MilCon budget that passed as part of the defense bill. And I am 100 percent sure that I am correct in opposing this amendment having been the author of the original bill to establish the AAM Infrastructure Act. Mr. Chair, I ask Members to oppose this amendment, and I yield back the balance of my time. The Acting CHAIR. The question is on the amendment offered by the gentleman from Michigan (Mr. Huizenga). The question was taken; and the Acting Chair announced that the ayes appeared to have it.
