At the end of title III, add the following: SEC. ___. PUGET SOUND NEARSHORE ECOSYSTEM RESTORATION. Section 544(f) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2000 (Public Law 106-541; 114 Stat. 2675) is amended-- (1) by striking ``$40,000,000'' and inserting ``$60,000,000''; and (2) by striking ``$5,000,000'' and inserting ``$10,000,000''.
